Changing from dynamic ip address to static is very interesting and important in the web domain.  So many users and gurus considers it a safety measure for the new age. If your IP is changing constantly you should contact ISP, since it could be issue with your Internet connection.
Most routers assign dynamic IP addresses by default. They do this because dynamic IP address networks require no configuration.

Follow the steps provided below to change the Dynamic IP address the Static IP address.
a) Open the Start Menu,  and click on control panel then right-click on Network, and select Properties.

b) Once the Network and Sharing Center opens, gently  click on Manage network connections.

c) Right-click on the network adapter you want to assign an IP address and click Properties.

d) Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then click the Properties button.

e) Now change the IP, Subnet mask, Default Gateway, and DNS Server Addresses. When you’re finished click OK.

f) You’ll need to close out of Local Area Connection Properties for the settings to go into effect.

g) This is rather optional in some case-Open the Command Prompt and type ipconfig to verify the changes were successful.
