I feel i should inform you guys about this, recently a subsidiary of the NNPC, the Pipelines and Product Marketing Company, (PPMC) has issued out a message to Nigerians as regards the fuel scarcity currently being experienced in some areas within the country.
The company has requested that Nigerians are to be on the lookout for swift practices among petrol stations and report to it. It also urged Nigerians not to buy petroleum products in panic.
