Facebook Hacker Cup

Facebook Hacker Cup is an international programming competition hosted and administered by Facebook. The competition began in 2011 as a means to identify top engineering talent for potential employment at Facebook. The competition consists of a set of algorithmic problems which must be solved in a fixed amount of time.
 Competitors may use any programming language and development environment to obtain their solutions.
Qualification round: Everyone who gets at least one problem right will advance to Round 1.
Round 1: The top 500 finishers will advance to Round 2. Everyone that gets the same number of points as the person in 500th place will also advance to Round 2.
Round 2: The top 100 finishers will advance to Round 3.
Round 3: The top 25 finishers will advance to the onsite final.

Schedule for Facebook Hacker Cup 2017: Qualification Period: January 6 – 9, 2017.

Prizes: 1st Place: $10,000, 2nd Place: $2,000, 3rd Place: $1,000 and 4th-25th Place: $100.
