Coming together is a beginning .Keeping together is progress.working together is success. __Henry Ford

True leaders posses the attitude of teamwork because they don’t care who get the credit. They move people from their personal and private goals serving the need of the common good.
A leader understands that every person was indeed created to fill a need.Everyone has an ability that no one else has and is indispensable in the world. Likewise, because of their unique gift and perspectives, each human being is a solution to a certain problem that needs to be solved.

The principles of teamwork is define as the ability to work together toward a common vision. I see bloggers working alone, its not possible to achieve success with that ideology. No entrepreneur will succeed without team work.
True Leaders have the attitude of teamwork
Business will always encounter U-BLOCK,it takes a partner with the same mentality and consciousnesses to offer a helping hand.Let’s look at some principles of teamwork:

1.Partnership with the creators idea: When the creator(God) first brought mankind into this world,he had the idea of partnership in mind. so, for success in any discipline smooth and undiluted partnership with mutual conformance must be maintained.

2.Teamwork is necessary for the fulfillment of purpose; Following the bible from the beginning. God said, “Let us create man in our own image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion.” The mandate of dominion over the earth, which requires the spirit of leadership, was given to both males and females. This invariably implies that teamwork is a built-in requirement for the fulfillment of purpose in any community or habitat.
3.Teamwork activates proper plan execution
4.Teamwork is the ultimate creator’s plan for all leaders and entrepreneurs
5.Teamwork was practically emphasized by Jesus Christ himself.
