Namecheap is one of the top domain name registrars in the world that offer free WhoisGuard for the first year. Domain name registration with Namecheap is not cumbersome. To begin, log into your dashboard at blogger.com
Click on Settings and click on Set up third-party URL for your blog.
Add your Namecheap domain name and click Save.

You will get an error: We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 12. You shouldn’t worry about it. What it means is that you need to add two CNAMEs to your Namecheap domain and also add A record.

To complete the setup, Login to your Namecheap account. Under Dashboard, click on Domain List > MANAGE.

Click on ADD NEW RECORD and choose A Record.

Add the following four A Record;
@ 216.239.32.21
@ 216.239.34.21
@ 216.239.36.21
@ 216.239.38.21
@ should be on Host and the IPs should on Value. After that click on SAVE ALL CHANGES.

Click on ADD NEW RECORD and select CNAME Record.

Go back to Blogger and copy the generated CNAMEs.

Add those the CNAME www under Host and ghs.google.com under Value. Repeat the same thing for the second CNAME. Set the TLS to 30 min. Click SAVE ALL CHANGES. Make sure you delete the Namecheap default record and CNAMEs. It will take 30 minutes to for settings to working properly.

Go back to Blogger and save your settings.

Click Edit and as shown in the screenshot.

Tick that box as shown below in the screenshot and Save.
