Stanbic IBTC is among the healthy banks in Nigeria and as a customer, I have been looking forward to when I can use my Naira Debit Mastercard to make payment online on foreign merchant sites. That was the one of the main reason I opened the account when other banks suspended their Naira debit cards from making international transactions. Little did I know that Stanbic IBTC also restricted their Naira Debit Card from been used for international transactions. 
But the good news is, Naira Debit Cards of Stanbic IBTC can now be used for international transactions. This means that you can make payment for Facebook ad, domain name registration, web hosting and other online purchases using their card.
Please note that monthly spending limit for web transaction has been pegged at $3000. Even if it was fixed at $1000, it still makes sense, or what do you think?
