1. Chanca Piedra

6. Watermelon
Eat watermelon for 7–20 days for best results.

7. Horsetail tea
Drink 3-4 cups of horsetail tea daily or take 2 grams of the herb in capsule form daily.

8. Pumpkin seeds
Add pumpkin seeds to your diet.
Studies show that pumpkin seeds helps prevent kidney stones by removing substances that cause their development.
9. Carrot Juice
Drink carrot juice 1 tbsp. 4 times a day for 1-2 months for best results.
Carrots are a good source of vitamin B6 and vitamin C, both of which are essential for kidney health.
10. Dandelion Root Tea
Drink a cup of dandelion root tea daily. After for 4 – 5 days, your problems with the kidneys and urinary tract should diminish.
