Many who are used to creating videos will know that sometimes there may be sound in the background of the video which they may not want. Hence, they may want to remove the audio from the video. 
VLC media player lets you remove audio from any video. Here is how you can do so.
==> Launch VLC media player and click Media at the upper left.
==> Click on Covert/Save.
==> Click on Add to select the video from the file location.
==> Click on the Covert as shown below.
==> Click on the Edit selected profile icon.
==> Click on the Audio codec.
==> Untick the Audio option and save.
==> Select your destination file.
==> Click on Start to begin the process of the audio removal.
In order not to lose the original file (the video having the audio), rename it when selecting the destination file before converting. After that, you should have two videos, one with audio and the other without audio. Then you can decide whatever you want to do with them after that.
If you follow the above steps closely, you should be able to remove audio from any video with the VLC media player.
