1. TENSION HEADACHES.
Have you ever thought you do have a tension headache? when you feel dull, or aching
sensation all over your head then it is s type of a headache known as a tension headache. It brings tenderness or sensitivity around your neck, forehead, scalp, or shoulder muscles.
And this is often triggered by stress.
2. A CLUSTER HEADACHE.
This is often characterized by severe burning and piercing pain. They occur behind or around one eye or on one side of the face at a time. Sometimes it comes with swelling, flushing or redness, and sweating can occur on the side that’s affected by a headache. Oftentimes, Nasal congestion and eye tearing also occur on the same side as a headache. This form of headaches occurs in a series. Each an individual headache can last from 15 minutes to 3 hours. Most people experience one to four headaches a day, usually around the same time each day, during a cluster. After one headache resolves, another will soon follow.
3. An ALLERGY OR A SINUS HEADACHE.
In allergy or sinus type of a headache, it occurs sometimes due to an allergic reaction. The pain from it is often focused in your sinus area and in the front of your head.
4. A HORMONE HEADACHE
Women are basically the ones who experienced this type of a headache the most because they are linked to hormonal fluctuations and menstruation, birth control pills, and pregnancy all affect the estrogen levels of women, which can cause a headache.
5. An EXERTION HEADACHE.
This happens quickly after sessions of intense physical activities like Weightlifting, running, and sexual intercourse. These are all common triggers for an exertion headache. It’s thought that these activities increase blood flow to your skull, which can lead to a throbbing headache on both sides of your head.
