1: Passport Requirements:

Talking about traveling to Spain, you must consider a passport as a very vital thing. You are required to have an original signed passport. The passport is valid for 6 months beyond your stay in Spain.

2: Spain Visa Application Form:

You must have a complete original student visa application form; you will fill every necessary information about you which is included in your Visa Application Kit.

The intended date of entry in Spain should not be over 10 days from the beginning of the studies. All the Student visas will be issued to start approximately 10 days prior to the first day of studies.

3: Photo Requirements:

Your photo is also very essential,  it justifies that you are the real owner of the Spain student visa. An identical, 2 by 2 passport photo with front view and with a light background is requested of you.

4: Other Forms:

This form serves as a core proof in acquiring a Span student visa. You are required to submit a Voter’s card and recent student ID card. You must also have original acceptance latter from Spain University or School which indicate your: name, address, email, and telephone of the school. Your full payment of tuition is included with dates of your programs.

5: Criminal Record:

The Spanish University/school will thoroughly check your Criminal History Information in other to prove you worthy before permitting you to enroll. This is done because of security reasons and for the interest of the citizens of the country.

You must be verified by fingerprints before issuing you a certificate from either: a) State Department of Justice. Criminal History Information/Police Background Check (from all the States where the applicant has lived during the past 5 years).

6: Requirement of birth certificate:

A birth certificate is being required in other to detect under-age immigrants. The main age required is from 18 and above. The certificate must have been issued to you in the last 12 months, with your accurate name well arranged and your date of birth. Submission of the birth certificate must be done by your parent on your behalf.

7: Medical Requirements:

You are to provide a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE with a doctor’s letterhead which will actually prove that you have undergone a Medical test. This certificate is been required with identified passport, and your details, so to know if you have been examined and found free from any contagious disease.

Proof of valid health/accidental insurance with full international coverage showing minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros (approximately $50,000 US) and coverage for emergency medical expenses and repatriation for medical reasons or death.

8: Financial Proof:

Before applying for Span student visa, you must be very sure that your parent or guardian is financially buoyant to sponsor you. You are to provide a letter from your parent proving that they are going to take care of your financial responsibility during all your stay in Spain.

9: Personal Appearance:
