I will like to consider an interesting summary of a typical use of time in any given sphere of influence. If you were probably ask to guess, how much free time do you think you have for yourself each day? What will be your precise response?

Assuming this are what we use for our basic needs:

8 hours to sleep;

2 hours to eat, (including cooking) and;

1 hour for personal hygiene (including getting dressed, washing and so on.)

That’s 11 hours used already. What about work? If you assume what are probably very conservative figures;

8 hours a day working which is dependent on several factors

1 hour travelling or embarking on journeys

That’s another 9 hours. Add this to the previous 11 hours already used and the exact total will be 20hours. That leaves us with only 4 hours to perform any other activities as desired.

This can be to plan your life, meet up with close friends, exercise, and indulge in relaxation or personal growth, to spend time with the family, hence the need for time management is undeniably paramount if you are to live life to its fullness and achieve great success.
